Hi insig, how are you? I am ok, just a quiet day ahead of me.

I am ok despite lack of sleep. Didnt go to sleep until 3.30 am woke up at 5.20 am. Managed to get to sleep but woke up at 8.50 am.

Yep. Probably fall asleep later though. I have managed to shower and do one load of laundry.
