The nurse wanted to put 5 sugars in it but I didn't because that is waaaaaay too sweet!
I did put sugar in it though

More than 3 is extremely sweet! Unless you've decided to make tea in a bucket.

I've showered too! Not hair washed cos it's actually easier to do it separately with the whole dry thigh dry arm situation.

Well done Caco, I think 5 sugars ruins tea. I have just milk.

One hospital I was in the cook made us coffee with double cream instead of milk

Thanks! I had to put the basket down every time I wanted to take something from a shelf and put it in said basket and it was so annoying.

But I dk now have cold and flu tablets so will hopefully feel less grim soon.

I have had my parcel. It came at about 2.30 pm.

I have been out for paint shopping. Because the council gave me a decorating voucher the paint was only £7 for 3 5 litre tins.

Today is going soooo slowly

Can you listen to music or audiobooks. Give your full attention to a cup.of tea (I know that's hard atm) talk to patients and staff. Do you have a garden? Have a little walk and get fresh air - breathe deep. Don't hyperventilate! Do some doodling and sketching.

Time goes slowly in psych wards I think.
