we sell those slimming world cook books in my work, they are slimming cos they are big and bulky and carrying them is exercise

also the food in them is disgusting so you wont want to eat it :-p

Slimming world meals are just normal meals zombie!
But cooked in fry light instead of oil. Thats usually the main difference.
I have had a lovely steak out of a slimming world recipe book :p
