Hi np, how are you? I just went to mass which was good.

I have been in pain all day so I have been spending all my day in bed. Though I managed to wash my hair.

Unfortunately had to leave work early thanks to a seizure (which was luckily in the yard and not in a public area)
But there were enough staff so it's fine.

Oh no! Are you ok? Did they know what to do?

I'm ok. The only thing I hurt is my pride!
They were really good about it.
A lot of the staff are first aid trained

That's good to have people around who know what they're doing.

Maybe being staff member of the week can help repair your pride a little ;-)

I signed up for a book group which I'm dreading. I'm not good at these things but I'm supposed to be trying more. The noise in my head won't help. I'm generally quiet and people will think I'm rude if I don't catch what they're saying and look like I'm ignoring them. I'm just wanting to run away and cry in most things I'm doing which is not much. I'll need to try the group at least twice. Today is round one. Wish me luck.

Yeah, she's really nice. We talk over beverages and then pray together. She has an hour long drive to get here but she still comes regularly!

It was really quiet all day. I was the only one on the bar! But I felt in control!

I only saw an advert for it today. Alan Davies! Desiree Burch, Guz Khan, Morgana Robinson and Victoria Coren Mitchell. I've at least heard of a few of them this time. Starts on September 23rd.
