Well I don't think there are too many types...! But I bought a block rather than the pre-rolled sheets. =P

I think I just panicked and grabbed whatever said "puff pastry" from the shelf!

Errr... a pesto, tomato, mozzerella and rocket slice.... Kinda like a puff pastry pizza!

Can you like roll it into sheets? Or does that kill it's puffiness?

My friend made a sweet pizza when we were at school and was going to give it to me until she tried it and realised how good it was! There are frozen sweet pizzas about too.
