I woke up far too hot then struggled to sleep. I am ok thanks Lindsay. Done some chores and sat outside. It became far too hot in the end so I have now come indoors next to the fan.

Just a quick note to say Lindsay as you and I seem to be the only ones posting i wont be around much starting Saturday for approx a week. Nothing bad is happening just don't want people worrying about me if they dont see me posting other than perhaps updating my r/v. I don't want to go into specifics on a public forum.

I am ok except for the heat. I felt a bit wobbly before but after a nap I feel ok atm.

I'm absolutely not looking forward to working all weekend, in front of a window that makes the office like a greenhouse, wearing long all black uniform! Not when its 30 degrees!

Currently just dosed up on the clonazepam I have leftover from my last admission because I've run out of meds. I was up at 3:30am and dont think I'd sleep without assistance tonight.

How is everyone?
Won't be around much today. Currently in great Yarmouth for Jas' birthday, we had a fantastic time yesterday. Today is her actual birthday (13!!!) so got her presents ready and going to visit nanny later on, before heading home and she's going to a dessert cafe with her friends this afternoon.

Hello everyone. A combination of heat and slight back pain means that I am awake early. My back pain has gone now thankfully.
