But i love doctor who, and the van gogh episode. Fun fact, van gogh had the same diagnoses as me. Bipolar, possibly schizophrenia and epilepsy!

Managed to shower and get changed into fresh pyjamas. Taking it as a win as I have wanted to shower for a few days but not managed to find the energy. Very tired now though and still feeling low. Might nap.

I'm meeting up with my gym friends this afternoon to go to Costa. I hope it will be ok and I can speak up and leave when it gets too much. I don't think we're going to the gym any more as I have given up and one person can't go because of her weight. One person still gets support to go to the gym on another day and the other person is getting a PT. We can't be called gym friends any more!

I'm not so great. Have had a headache and earache for almost a week. I don't think it's a virus or anything, more like symptoms of struggling mental health wise. Trying to look after myself and i am not very good at it. But also tired of being reliant on painkillers. I prefer improving my self care skills as opposed to keep struggling all the time.

The piggos must be very grateful, Beckie. I hope they give you some wee, furry love too :)

Hope your endeavours for the day are going well.

Currently waiting for a call back from GP surgery as still not feeling right after hitting my head on Friday evening. Receptionist tried to say go directly to A&E but I persuaded her to let me talk to GP, I am not showing any of signs on NHS website that say to go to A&E just not feeling right.

It's not good that you're still feeling off lr, but I hope you can avoid sitting in a&e for hours!

My day is going OK.

Well persuaded GP to let me see Nurse Practioner at GP surgery who used to work in A&E. If she says go to A&E I will have to go but am trying my best to both be responsible and get checked out but not have to go sit in A&E.

It's fine if I don't walk too much on it. My mum reckons it's because I walk wonky.

I am semi ok tamobhuuta. Better than yesterday. I am sitting here waiting for amazon to come with some acne treatment as I have 3 bouts of acne on my face.

A&E is super stressful and often triggers my FND. Thanks for the hug Zurg. How are you and the Zoo?

Might well be that Tamo if you put more weight on one side than the other, see how it goes I suppose and see a physio if it doesn't clear up? Glad it's not too bad in any case.

Alas I have to go to A&E my eyes went very weird when I was trying to follow nurses finger and I fell over when she asked me to stand up and close my eyes. But at least I went and found out I needed to go. Just grabbing phone charger etc. from home and then heading up
