I'm probably going to do pharmacy tomorrow.
I'm absolutely shattered!
I would have gone straight from the station (halfway between mine and town) but pharmacy is closed between 1-2.

I had a lovely time at the seaside. And had a takeaway coffee as well. The sound of the sea was very soothing.

Back home now and rather tired so about to attempt to nap.

Glad it was a good send off Tamo.

Hello :) just dropping in to say hi and that I hope you all find at least a little joy today. My little joy is the epic chocolate cake I baked for my housemate's birthday.

Got all my shopping done also.
Had to do asda and aldi.
Did asda first, then pharmacy and my meds were just being checked, so i said i needed to pop to aldi. Pharmacy L asked if i wanted to leave my other shopping there rather than drag it around aldi! She's so lovely!

I am extremely tired
Tried to nap but not happening. Can't pull myself out of bed though!
Got questionnaire through from the occupational health dr. The good old PHQ9 and GAD7. Haven't had to do those in a while XD
I'm showing up as 'moderate depression' and 'moderate anxiety'
Neither are accurate. The symptoms i ticked are definitely due to other things. There's lots of overlap.

Didn't find phonecall super helpful. GP is definitely in my corner though just not much he can do.

I'm still not good. Been to the chemist, washed my hair, and cleaned the kitchen although not very well.

Because lemsip always clears things up waaay quicker than just using paracetamol or whatever

What's happening on Taskmaster?

A lot! I'm on series 4 now, which is a good one. Noel fielding, mel giedroic (can't spell the last name!) Joe lycett, hugh dennis and lolly something...a good line up!
My favourite series is the one with jo brand and david baddiel though
