I am not a fan of tik tok I deliberately didn't download it because I knew it would suck me in to just waste time.

It's bad enough that you tube added shorts and I sometimes accidentally spend a hour or two mindless scrolling the shorts feed.

Tiktok is a curse.
I get sucked in occasionally. But not into the stupid viral dances and ****.
I mainly get funny, relatable hospitality tiktoks. I only downloaded it because work makes tiktoks and they're good

I've only ever run for the bus and i hated that! Did fun runs when i was about 8....

Morning all. I am in considerably less pain than recently so far. It's very dark outside and I don't want to go out in it. But I need to because I have an nurse's appointment at my gp surgery. :-(

I had a disturbed nighs sleep and was awake from around 6am - 7:30am. But got a few more hours. Still have the headache, plus a blocked nose. Hoping its hayfever and not that I have caught a virus.

Do you ever do grounding techniques NP? I find they can help with feeling spaced out.

My sore throat has progressed into a cold!!! Rude!!! Getting a cold during summer is just such a shitty feeling. Trolled by my body. I demand a refund!!!
It makes me feel like i have an awful toothache :( but the pain is located somewhere that does not have any teeth left…. And this feels quite eerie and sinister.

Nothing much on today apart from video chatting my parents this evening. So going to rest up.

Special paint as in a mould killing primer and an anti-mould top coat for my bathroom window frame. I'm going all out on the 10 year war against bathroom mould.
