I'd rather avoid taking prn this early in the day

That's fair enough, I do too. I find audiobooks are a better distraction than music, if you have any. I think my anxiety started in hospital, ages ago.

I can't deal with audiobooks. They freak me out
I'm just hoping the anxiety will stop when i go home.

Dunking your face in a sink of ice cold water is meant to help but I don't know how long it lasts. Have you told someone? I'm glad listening to music is helping.

I'm waiting in for an electrical check. I hope they come early in the afternoon and don't need to pull things out and make a mess. It's meant to take 1-2 hours. I don't even know what they need access too except I moved the later trays away from the meter things. I hope Crookshanks uses them where they are now and doesn't just go to the toilet on the floor where the trays were before.

The sinks here don't have plugs so you can't fill them up

How long have you been on aripiprazole? Things can get worse before they get better.

Can you ask staff how long it takes to see an improvement?

Maybe repeatedly splashing your face with cold water could help.

I'd definitely ask the staff how long things take to settle with aripiprazole. They might not believe the anxiety is caused by it but they can still surely answer that question.

The electricians came early and were nowhere near here for 1-2 hours so that was fine. Went to the post office and Tesco afterwards.

i had a bad reaction to some medication so been a bit ill for the last 2 weeks... changed meds now but still feeling a bit rubbish

Has anyone got snow? There's quite a bit here and it's continuing to fall. The bins haven't been emptied so far.

Apparently they are picking me up soon.
The ward said they won't have a driver after 5pm so fingers crossed they'll come before then!!!

I'm on the 4th floor and the windows are obscured but i don't think there is snow. Lots of wind but also sunny!

I'll keep my brain fingers crossed for you.

I had turkey and ham with lettuce, spinach, tomato,sweetcorn and olives and cheese. With garlic aioli as a dressing.

I slept in until 9 this morning
Which unfortunately means i can't make a coffee until the dining room has been mopped etc. After breakfast!

Hope they've finishing mopping by now.

I really really want an Italian BMT from Subway...

They have!
They are now mopping the corridors which is super annoying but the path to the dining room was clear!
They get really annoyed when you walk over where they're mopping. But sometimes it can't be helped.
