Oh a few reasons but the one at the moment is that I'm not eating enough.

I had trouble with 'psychosis' diagnosis too but someone pointed out to me when struggling why would anyone bother to lie about something like psychosis if there isn't any?

I am back! I did go to the post office in the end Lorraine. I posted all the UK ones too (not at the post office though) with the exception of my friend. That's because I realised a different friend has a birthday later on this month so therfore I have to buy a birthday card. So rather than a generic card I thought that I would get a special Christmas card. Unfortunately I realised when I was on the bus so it looks like I will have to go back to town. I am not going tomorrow though.

I had one of my parcels that I won over the weekend come today (a nes mini console) and two have been posted so hopefully they will come soon.

Fun fact, my mum met him once when she was about my age. He appeared in a pub in rural norwich where my mum was having lunch with her work friends. It was the first time he had appeared in public after a breakdown and turns out he was friends with one of my mum's colleagues so he sat down with them and chatted and stuff.

Apparently him and Rowan Atkinson are really good friends and Rowan was spotted trying to get this tree shredder thing through the gates of Hugh Lauries place and it was exactly like a Mr Bean sketch because the gate kept closing on him and he was really struggling to get through! Wish I'd been there to see that!

I might have the nurse who is currently in charge of my care visiting too Beckie. I know how you feel I am having one of those days where I am finding human interaction exhausting.

It can be such hard work talking to these people!
Although me and my cc always just end up talking about tv shows and food!

I don't have any talk about general stuff with my current nurse which I used to have with my regular cpn. That's what I miss the most.

That's a shame. It's hard seeing new people. Especially when you are expected to open up to people you don't know very well.

Yeah I only saw her a few times before my cpn went off sick. But the good news is that she phoned me and said that she is going to do my depot after my psych appointment tomorrow. So I don't have to see anyone until my parents come visiting this evening. Which I am secretly pleased about.
