I'm thinking, give the bathroom an hour and then go wash my hair and use that hour to do some chores, and then I can do whatever I want?

I've done all my main stuff really. Been to the chemist, local shop, and post office, did a washing and cleaned my kitchen and bathroom.

That's super productive!!!

I do it all very quickly so it doesn't really feel like I've done a lot.

Lymphatic drainage massage will help, apparently.
I'm waiting to hear back from a local-ish salon who does it as to whether it would be appropriate for me being post op. The swelling will go down, but it can take quite a while! Sometimes months! Depends on the person

I sort of have, I've tidied and cleaned the counter in the kitchen and been through the bedside table drawer that's going to the tip (the bottom of the drawer got wet and mouldy)

I've washed my hair, and I'm going to take the bedside table and drawer to the tip this afternoon as its not too far from the charity shop I want to go to.

Just need to tackle drying my hair now!

I have finished my book now. I have also finished my goodreads yearly challenge but I have decided to amend the challenge. So now the challenge is to read 10 books (was 8). I don't think I will be amending it any more after that.

It's like being a kid, you get your actual birthday with family then at the weekend another birthday with friends. Except both with family...

I blow dry it which takes about 20 minutes, I can't leave it to air dry - I did that at work once and it was still damp when I finished 9 hours later!

It does sound a bit freaky but I will literally try anything rn!

Its wild isn't it, I once put it in one of those overnight curler things and it was still wet when I woke up.
