My appointment with my nurse went ok. I talked to her about a few things and she was supportive.

I'm having herb and garlic chicken with chips but I'm eating really late.

Hi all. Hope you are all enjoying your meals. I had a difficult appointment but afterwards met my dad and uncle. Dad treated us to dinner in a tapas place. It was such a nice treat.

I’m home and showered and in a fresh onesie. Heating on. It’s freezing out there!

Sounds good! Boots was fun. It was a great team. I'd worked in Sainsbury's on the checkouts for a year before that and it was so, so boring. Listening to stories about piles was welcome relief. :P
