its a voounteer training weekend for nOOb volunteers at the charity I volunteer for so I will be sharing my experiences as a volunteer and also as a "participant" who went through the course we run.

I woke up in panic that I'd slept through my alarm because I hadn't heard it going off. But it was only quarter to 7 so I'd be fine. BUT it's saturday. Doh. Still tired an I've been asleep for 11 hours.

I do that all the time - waking up at 6am at weekends... It's annoying.

Afternoon. I am tired! I've managed to drag myself into the shower, get dressed and do hair and makeup though, so it's all good. Got to be at the park at 2:30pm to start setting up craft for the toddlers. Tomorrow someone dropped out of covering me for toddlers church, so I've said I'll do that too. Have had to use TOIL at work to take Monday off so I can have a recovery day. My brain is going to be fried!
