Yeah because my tesco delivery is due on Tuesday. Just as long as I don't run out of cat food. I have plenty of food in my freezer so I am ok. I keep my freezer well stocked in winter for situations like this. Although one winter I ate nothing but chicken every single day for a week.

Even Domino's are refusing to deliver to me.

I hope there are shops open tomorrow. I need to buy food. Thankfully there are lots of shops near me, so one should be opened. The co op was surprisingly opened today according to my sister.

my Tesco was open so we were able to stock up and I also got beer and crisps :-p

Not too bad thanks. Also unamused by snow! Not at work until Saturday but snow predicted tomorrow and all trains cancelled at present.

Oh, that's annoying. Will you just not have to go if the trains stay cancelled?

I’m not sure. Service users still need support and meds regardless of weather so we’ve been trying to come up with a contingency rota just in case.

Hello. Lots of snow here. I thought most of the main roads around me were ok but seeing what people have been posting on FB shows how wrong I was!

On the plus side I've been getting lots of exercise walking through the snow to get my prescription.

I’m good! We had a great day of skiing so I’m pretty happy. How about you?

Nice. I'm alright, bored. I was tempted to go skiing this morning on the dry slope (as it currently has snow on it) but due to the snow it is a pain to get there via public transport so decided better of it.

I was walking the dog at lunch and there was a guy on skis and another on a snow board and I swear the woods were like I was in another country, I've never seen anything like it in England!

the shops are all out of bread and milk but I got myself beer and whisky for tonight so all is good :-p

Homemade soup is the best. It feels much more wholesome than shop bought stuff.

Veggie soup. She sometimes makes pea and vegetarian ham soup. So delicious. The other day she made cauliflower soup, which was so yummy.

ooh I'm making soup because it's my mother in law's birthday tomorrow and we're doing lunch (if we can drive). It'll be a mish mash soup though because there was nothing in the shop!
