I've heard good things about yoga for mental health. Partly why I'd quite like to try it. I'm hoping this thing on Sunday will be good. There were only two places left when I booked, so it must be pretty popular. This thing is in a village hall, but apparently there's a yoga studio two roads down from where I live, so that might be handy!


I try to do washing up mindfully. Sometimes I find that along with music can make it more appealing. It's usually just the thought of it. Plus the fact I'm really lazy. :P

That's very true! I think I will do it when Mum's gone. She's popping in at about 7pm. :)

I’ve had the fire and heating on a while now and my flat is all toasty. Already got my onesie on. I’m just going to have a night in front of the tv.

It's very windy and rainy tonight. The wind is flying down the extractor fan in my bathroom and whipping around the flat! It's very noisy.

It’s been windy here too, and snowy.
I bet you’re glad to be indoors, but that noise must be annoying.

I am very grateful for having a roof over my head and a toasty heated throw! It is very noisy though.


I am picking my little cousins up from school tomorrow. They are 7 and 9. I am looking forward to seeing them and spending time with them for an hour before my Aunt and Uncle get back from their trip to the city.

Thankfully I have a radiator that works very well in the bathroom. Still annoying though.

Turns out I am not getting new neighbours yet as a notice has gone up saying that a company is going to be working in the flat and that they apologise in advance for the noise. If the noise is excessive or have any complaints to phone this number. Just as long as they don't wake me up early and I can hear the telly I don't care.

I have a really old fashioned radiator in my bathroom. It's really high up the wall and you have to pull a string to turn it on. It does chuck out a lot of head though, so it's not all bad!

Haha the loo thing can be a pain. But I wear a vest so its not too horrific.

At least they will probably be quickk Dawn, considering they will want to re-let it so that they get money.

I think I'll stick with my thin, cotton pyjamas with a cold bedroom and a really toasty bed. M favourite!

Don't think I did too well though!
You had to demonstrate a 'non clinical skill' so just something random and i didn't find that out until this morning when others were talking about it.
So I just made a paper aeroplane. You had to talk them through how to make it.
Some others skills were sign language and doing a hair style.
Bit of a random thing to do for an interview.

Well done for doing it. Bet you've done better that you think. :)
