My surgery makes you fill in a form online and then they phone at some point within 48 hours and tell you if they've decided you need help or not and what kind of help it is. It's much better than phoning and having to wait in a queue.

I'm ok. I had a call with the neurologist who said my brain scan was abnormal, even beyond what you would expect with my schizophrenia and meds.

MRIs aren't too bad. I always get really tired and bored in them

Nah, no plans. My friend is busy (her turn to work) and she has her sister over so I probably won't be seeing them. I -might- venture to a real shop to find a new work backpack because after 9 years the zip on mine has finally broken enough to be intolerable. And online is no help because I dunno what size I need!

They are! Although I can count on one hand the number of real shops I've been to since covid, not counting the supermarket, so some of them are definitely still real!

If I'd have gotten my act together I could have gone last week on Friday when I was off work but I might just have to suck it up and go on a weekend day. *wail*

Well... there's a Millets and Mountain Warehouse and a Sports Direct in one town nearby so I'd probably go there. They have sales on at the moment too. And there's stress-free parking and a Morrisons too.
