All nurse appointments have gone a bit weird since covid.
I would usually get them taken out at either my gp surgery or the other surgery in town. But sometimes you get sent to the next town or another town that is inaccessible by public transport!
I think because nurse appointments get booked up weeks in advance this was the only appointment available. And obviously I need the staples out within the 10 days.

My brother got given an appointment at the fracture clinic but when he got there they were just doing first come first served.

Also I have had to stop doing the dishwasher just now because I was too spasmy.

That's annoying tamo!

Did you go to the gym lindsay?

I had 2 substitutions. One was my aero (I asked for peppermint and they gave me plain) the other was my potato salad and coleslaw (instead of being in one carton they gave me a tub of each) which was ok.

I put on my heating for a tiny while. It's cold in my house but I don't want my neighbours see that I'm using my heating.

Yes I went to the gym, I'm getting bored of it on top of battling through the difficult MH stuff that comes with it.

It's ok with my aunt because my parents understand that it can get overwhelming so I can go sit quietly.

Excellent news! My dad, brother and aunt are going to the pub for lunch, so mum's stayed at home to be with me and my sister.

I went to Primark to try and get some long sleeved PJs for the cold nights but they didn't have any exciting ones and the ones they did were made fluffy which just makes me sweat.

I got a fake oodie in the post today from Amazon. Hopefully it'll keep me warm before I go to bed.

I am ok thanks Lindsay. Been chasing a parcel that came whilst I was out. It said delivered but it didn't say what number nor did they leave a card. I had an eye test today hence why I was out. I have to have new glasses but I chose the exact same pair again.

That does sound annoying Tamo, is there a clear trigger or is it just random?

It's a side effect from my meds. I take lorazepam as PRN which helps the spasms too.

Side effects are annoying. All side effects should be nice things to reward you for taking your meds.
