I havent been on here in about a month :/ Its been one of those lurking months!

I'm going to my local YMCA centre tonight to help out with there young peoples art programme. I'm getting really nervous about it! no change there though... I get nervous and anxious over everything at the minute.

Can I please hide in here, feeling really unsafe. My ex is here as he is staying the night so I can't go out and do anything, but seriously I'm so unsafe.
