I have been resting a lot today as not feeling the best. Had a nap before lunch and then been chilling in bed listening to music fir last couple of hours

I am not sure what cake to get, going to chose one from the bakery tomorrow. My favourite kinds of cake are carrot cake, apple cake and chocolate cake. But will depend what takes my fancy on the day!

I’m seeing the psych today so a little anxious but she’s ok and i already know the plans except for if i’ll get support when i’m discharged. She has a lot of patients on the ward so the waiting will be difficult.

I'm seeing my new CC at 10 and have krav maga tonight. So i have a good chunk of time where i can rest.

I hope it goes well with the psych. Hopefully she'll be able to put something in place

I'm trying to do some practical things today because the Vibe is just right. But i am facing grave difficulties rn as Findus is tired and it's time for his late morning/afternoon nap. So instead of being proactive, i am considering what to have for lunch…

My cat is home. He had some treatment and was given some medication to try. He was very good and although he had some uncomfortable procedures done to him he didnt bite the vet.

I hope you still feel productive after Findus has his nap.

Is it bad that I'm shocked she was both on time AND genuinely wanted to help?? She was here for 1.5 hours just getting to know me and the signs when i get unwell etc.

Nah, Findus only really gets grumpy when i pet him too much. Then he grunts at me and withdraws. True rage causes foot thumping though. Like, loud sudden noises or me running after him to put him in this vet-bag when he needs the vet. He's quite mellow most of the time :)
The birdies are the real drama queens….!!!

I forgot the important bit: i am both in shock and awe over a mental health employee that shows up on time AND is helpful!!!!! I thought they were legit just a myth….

L used to have a parrot, he was rather loud!

Haha! Crookshanks is very vocal too unless he’s sleeping, eating, or sitting with me. He screeches at me when he wants attention and also mumbles to himself when he walks up and down the stairs. The mumbling can be cute.

Animals can be so demanding!
The piggos aren't too loud most of the time, but they certainly make it known when they haven't been fed on time!

Krav maga has been cancelled tonight and i am sad

Thank you everyone. I have had a good day so far. Had breakfast in bed and presents. Then a nap. Then went out for a meal at a cafe at the seaside (I had gammon, egg, chips, onion rings and peas), sat in car and watched the sea and the dogs playing on the beach for a bit and then popped home via the bakery where I chose a apple sultana cake for tea tonight.
