One of the reasons I stopped going to physio, she threatened one of those!

How many injections will you need in total, do you know?

Did whatever you were going to physio for get better without the need for an injection Beckie?

Maybe another one after this, but this could be the last if it works well.

Yep, snow. It was lying in some places and I think one rural road had to be closed.

It was blue skies and super sunny this morning but now it's miserable and raining.

I'm back home already...! The doctor was really quick.

Though not as south as I need to be I'm glad I'm south enough not to be involved in snow very often.

Dunno about normal tv but 2001: A Space Odyssey is starting soon on one of the Sky Cinema channels so I might watch that. Haven't seen it in forever.

I dont mind the snow itself but the inability of our infrastructure to deal with it is infuriating. And also it means it's very cold and I cant cope with it now never mind colder than now.
