It is a rather wild morning inside and outside of the NP house! I have cats causing chaos inside and it is now really rainy and windy outside.

I've had about 2 and a bit hours sleep and every time I doze back off bertie reminds me it's way past his breakfast time and in no way am I allowed to sleep without giving it to him.

That really sucks. =( Give him some breakfast quickly and get back to bed? Can you catch up on sleep during the day or have you got things to do?

It was about 30 minutes of cat chaos and then it suddenly all went very quiet. Meowing cat at the door has vanished, think he went outside in the rain, and cat upstairs has worn himself out and squirmed his way under my duvet!

Nothing to do that can't wait. But my mum has decided to invite herself over at some point. I'm not getting dressed though. Can't be bothered for that.


It's odd how they just calm down as suddenly as it all starts. Mine is having a witching hour moment. Running around like cray all fluffed up and pouncing on things that only he can see.

Aw I love the fluffed up pouncing. Geordi doesn't do that so much any more. I think he'd have gone outside to burn some energy but it's raining!

Ahhhh yeah makes sense outdoor kitties burn their energy outdoors. Bertie doesn't get rain. He looks at me very upset like I can make it stop.

I'd always get dressed for my parents too, to be honest! My mum would judge. =/

I've being trying to read Eleanor oliphant is completely fine for about a year.
I procrastinated reading by filling in a refund for travel costs form. I've spent 96.36 getting to bristol and back!

I always cut my own hair. Haven't been to a hairdresser for... hm... just over 2 years.

I've tied it back now and it definitely needs a bit of fixing tomorrow. Oh well. I always tie it back anyway so could do a sort of bun polytail to hide the wonky ends!

Wish I had a hairdresser friend/neighbour/someone! But even then I think I would hate them touching my hair... Mostly it's having someone else wash it that really freaks me out.

I'm popping out to watch fireworks soon.
