What did you have to do to be Fan of the Year? =D
|
NOT CREEPY. She WILL fall in love with me. She will!!!! *rocks more*
In other news I just got to the blueberry seen in Charlie and the Chocolate factory so think this may be in order :P ![]() |
Basically write a mini essay of why I thought she was so awesome, post in the Groover chatroom/email convo a lot and worship the ground she trod on :P
|
No, not creepy at all. =P
You can't use blueberrybeckie as a distraction! |
I love Joe Browns clothes!
Have you been on EMP? They have loads of HP stuff. Yeah, stop using blueberry me as a distraction!! |
I had a blueberry muffin today.
|
I will continue to use Blueberry Beckie any time I see fit.
And me too Beckie! No never heard of EMP. Must have a look! |
The mouse cursor on EMP changes to a rock hand!
|
THAT IS AWESOME. I remember when I first had a desktop (ancient) computer and discovered something that let me have fun cursors. Was a tad overexcited :P
|
I remember the fun cursors on the old PCs!
Slowed things down a lot though! |
Okay just clicked on it. Amazing stuff!!!
|
I love EMP!

Hi again. Sorry. I keep saying hi and then disappearing.
|
It's fine I've done it many a time Aubergine. How are you lovely?
|
Hey Aubergine!
I'm gonna go to bed Seems the last couple of nights of crap sleep has caught up with me! |
Tank you. In need of distraction.
Cat is very hot. Mum dropped off a JML cool pad for my pillow today. I think the cat needs one. How are you, Buttons? |
Night night, Beckie.
|
If you have any icecubes in the freezer Aubergine maybe take them out and place them where the cat can get at them/in their water bowl, me and others have been doing that to help our dogs cope with the heat, and it may be one of those rare cross over cat/dog moments.
I'm okay thanks. Bit voicey and fragile but not too terrible. I'm still watching Charlie's chocolate factory after all! What are your plans for the evenings? And random distraction? Try and make two sentences, which make sense connected to each other, without using the letter E. It may drive you mad but it's a good distraction someone taught me! |
Morning all :)
|
Morning!
How are you? |
I'm okay, have taken the dog for her vaccination, I'm now just quietly melting from the heat and watching TV. How are you?
|
It's not even hot here atm!
I'm ok. About to go to asda |
Lucky you!
Enjoy Asda :P |
Hello.
I feel like I should still have lunch time to go but I have had my lunch. |
Back from asda!
What did you have Lindsay? |
Lunch. Nom nom! I wish I could go to sleep now :(
|
Are you at work Lillie?
|
I was until 12.40. Then I went to get my hep B jab in town. Then met my cpn at home. And then had an epic wait ( that's what I've told work anyway) at the drs. Then to the pharmacy. Then the 20 min walk back to town. To get the 25 min bus back to work. Even though I finish at 5.36.
Am knackered. And sweaty. And the boss was really blackmailing on the phone when I've already rearrange my appointment once and now my leg is even.more infected. |
That's a lot to be doing Lillie. Did you get your leg looked at? Sorry I wasn't sure if the blackmailing from work meant you didn't get to that appointment or if you managed to.
I had a sweet chilli and cheese focaccia for lunch. |
I got seen at the drs. But phoned to say I'm running late but am on my way back to work and got an earful from the boss.
Ooo your lunch sounds amazing! |
That is a lot to be dealing with in one day
Im glad you got seen That's out of order of your boss Not like you were skiving!! Sounds yummy Lindsay! |
Glad you went to the drs Lillie. Your boss sounds like a prat.
Am I being thick not knowing what focaccia is? |
Damn work, and you finish at 5.36 anyway? I'm glad you at least managed to get your leg checked out.
My lunch was from Lidl and was very, very good. Have you found things to occupy yourself with Beckie? |
Focaccia is a bread, I didn't know what it was until I discovered it in Lidl last year.
|
Maybe focciata is a bit posh for you northeners :tongue2:
I have not found anything to do Although Jenna suggested cross stitch which I shall try once I can get the stuff! |
I was a tad lol. I had a couple of cups of tea. One with my cpn and her student and one between them and the drs.
|
How can you not know what foccacia is?!
And I can send everything bar the holey fabric stuff if you want beckie. For the cross stitching. |

Ooo that would be great Lillie!
I remember when you called me once Buttons and I was getting a latte at the time and you made fun of me for the way I said latte Also at the manc meet when everyone was making fun of the way I saod glasses Northerners are mean |
Because the way you say both of those words is ridiculous. We're not mean, we're brutally honest :P
And you started it today so Southerners are mean! |
Brief thought-I wonder what the collective North and South would think about the people representing them both being mentally ill and fundamentally weird.
|
I'm not mean. I'm lovely.
|
I speak correctly!!
I seem to remember when I first stayed at yours and your parents said I should give you elocution lessons :p Yes you are np! |
BBC English is proper English and that is only spoken in the South. The BBC is never wrong.
|
Apart from the major political bias :tongue2:
But yes, they do speak proper English!! |
Well yes, there is that.... but we're only talking about accents here. ;-)

|
So... (to change the subject before this gets out of hand)… how are you getting on with those very important inventions, Beckie?
|
Yes the accents are correct on the BBC!
And the majority of people in harry potter have proper accents! Ummm, the inventions are coming along.....:ermm: |
