Yes I am on holiday tamobhuuta so we are off to see a pier. I dont know of any other plans other than going to Sainsbury's. I have slight blurred vision so forgive any typos.

Had a nurse appointment this morning.
Blood pressure, bloods and weight.

Everything OK?

Blood pressure was high apparently.
Hopefully won't have to wait too long for bloods.
I think it's just routine meds related checks.
And also they couldn't check electrolytes last time because the lab messed up the samples.

I do have a massive headache though! Paracetamol didn't work!

Would other painkillers help? Ibuprofen?

I think I've been naked in front of health professionals so much over the years that I'm not too bothered about it anymore! Especially since giving birth. All dignity was lost after that! XD

I got grapes!

L gave me grapes yesterday, they were nommy. My visits were good thanks, and I saw the psych, which wasn't as fun. I've also had blood tests. It's been jam packed!

I don't get them a lot though because they are expensive.

I had blood tests yesterday. I have double checked what the nurse took the blood for but only the full blood count result has come back? They were also meant to test for electrolytes and something else. Either they've messed it up again, the results are taking longer or the nurse submitted the wrong bloods. Idk.
