I had to try and find the covid vaccination centre in a blizzard. All done now though but I have to wait for 15 minutes before I can leave...

Still feel like my brain is going to explode with both depression and (possibly) elevated mood! It's so weird!
But at least the voices are taking a back seat atm!

Good thing about the voices but the moods sound really uncomfortable, I'm sorry. I've heard that mixed episodes are so horrible.

It is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable!
I don't have ward round until Friday so they can't do anything about it till then! Hopefully it will have buggered off by then but I've been like this since Monday so who knows!

Olanzapine is good for the sleep. The first week or so back when I was on it I couldn't get out of bed lol 18 year old me was a light-weight :P
