P.S. I'm not ignoring Beckie's broken phone, we have been chatting about it elsewhere.

I'm feeling really awful today. I told my support worker I don't want to try a woodland thing because it's on the same day as the gym group and I can't cope with such a long day. She's trying to push me to give things a try and it's making me anxious. I went on the bus to go to another town to go to Asda and I was so anxious. Now I just feel like crying. I'm scared of life.

Are you using the phone for the internet or do you have a laptop or whatever? I would get so impatient with a slow phone. We all expect things to happen straight away now!

I didn't tell her it's making me anxious but she wants me to push past things and give things a try. There's so much stuff going on mentally that she can't see but she just focuses on how i'm going to the gym group so things look good on her side.

I don't know how you can use your phone to go on the internet. It's too small. Except for things like the Fb app. I much prefer my laptop.

It wasn't such a task. I just left it off overnight with some towels on the floor and then wiped it out this morning. I haven't put it back on yet because I don't need to. I don't know what to put in it because I'm trying to be healthy but I can't just eat soup for lunch and salad for dinner every day, I need variety.

I had a takeaway because I couldn't face salad. So bad.

Evening. I've had a mixed sort of day but ended it with a really long dog walk which has surprisingly helped.
