Lia, I hope you don't mind me replying to your post now as it was from last night. But I can relate, I'm always there for my bestie and have no problem with that. Always put her before me but on the rare occasion, I will put myself first and look after myself (usually when she's busy) because otherwise I can't look after her if I'm not looking after me. If that makes sense? So whilst there is only so much you can do to help your friends, you do need to look after yourself too. *big hugs*

I feel okay Thanks Helen . I have group almost definatly at 2pm today 11th session out of 12 , who would have thought I'd make it so far? , groups of people freak me out. I'm going to my parents for the holidays tomorrow morning for 4 days so my internet usage will be limited , especially Christmas Day and Boxing day I think , But I'll try and get on for a bit both days :)

Oh I've gotten anxious about group , I had to take a Diaz , I hope it kicks in soon , I really have to leave soon *Hugs ya'll*

Group was tough , but only one more to go , only 5 of us showed up , and the hall had no heating so we had to use the waiting area hmmm. I think I'll miss it being on Thursday afternoons when it stops .

I'm at an impass (sp) . I'm confused over my money in my bank account , or not?:S , Are you sure it's a good idea to talk to your ex? I don't mean to sound condisending but maybe you should quit your chat with him? Are you talking online? I sorry , I just woulden't want you to get hurt :S

it's not the best idea, but he called me, so I answered.
I don't know why he called though, there has to be an alternate reason for him to call me, other than just wanting to talk.
