I do. Tis more that it's still some sort of extreme sport with the arm and leg. Bath is easier but is a lot of water.

I used to quite enjoy going to the clozapine clinic because I got on really well with the nurses there

Am showered and hair washed. Have put laundry on, put away dry laundry, cleaned the kitchen, hoovered and mopped the house.

Except I went to the shop and quite spectacularly fell over on the way back. Got some pretty nasty grazes!

If you have an ipad I can recommend Kaleidoscope apps for distraction! Also you can do some awesome drawings with Procreate if you're feeling artistic, it's a super capable app. I think it's like £6?

Everything is very slippery atm

It is almost greasy out. Had issues when I was putting the bins in the outside bin.

I got drenched yesterday so I don't fancy going out again - Costa and blood test is enough .

I also got soaked yesterday walking back to the ward from the train station.
Of course the rain stopped as soon as I set foot back inside -.-
