Yep I know of quite a few unwell people at the moment. I already had a cold not too long ago though so I shouldn't be due another one for at least 11 months so this is very unfair. =(

Erm... nothing exciting. Should go do physio exercises and get changed really. Got a cat on my lap at the moment and am half watching Merlin. =)

I'm snuggling on the sofa with Bertie trying to regulate breathing so I don't have a panic attack. Need to go wash really.

I am awake. I am off to my local hearing voices group this afternoon. It's in a supermarket's meeting room. I have no idea how long it will take me to walk to the supermarket from the bus stop so I am going early. Plus due to roadworks the buses aren't going their usual route so might be later than normal. I would hate to be late. I used to go to the hearing voices group years ago so I have some idea what I am letting myself in for lol.

I do want to see last Christmas actually!

Oooh my postcard to Taiwan has arrived. Apart from the one that I havent sent (they're tricky to find a postcard that they want) I am not sending any more postcards until next year due to the Christmas post. I have to go to the post office at some point next month to post a present that I got for Lorraine and also 2 Christmas cards to send abroad.

Also the question is that I want to take some headphones on the bus to block out my nerves/voices. Do I take the wireless headphones which are better for blocking out noise or do I take the wired headphones?
