It's a fantastic list that has things on it that I had never seen before and it's broken down into what to do depending on what you're feeling at the time. If ya have trouble finding it, let me know.

Yeah, I'm lucky my tutor is so supportive. I don't want to go onto a different course next year :(

In september, Because I will have completed this one, but I need to apply now for another course. But I don't want to. I know all the tutors in foundation training. I feel safe there :(
