I am confused. According to the email I have received the ordinary bin is due to be collected tomorrow. But I had it emptied last week and also nobody else has put theirs out. So either the council have changed their collection weeks or it's a mistake. I have put it out anyway.

How very odd

It sure is. I checked the councils website and it appears that they have changed the weeks this year. So the email is correct and everyone is going to have a shock next week when their bins don't get collected.
