Ah bulk buying is wise.
I usually keep an eye out for when they're on offer so don't normally run out. Need to do a small shop later anyway so will pick some up then. I've got just enough to do what I need today anyway. |

I was thinking 4:30 when everyone finishes work here and I can sneak out unnoticed (the downfall of living at work) which will hopefully be before the main work rush.

Can you set a goal to make the phone call before the washing machine is finished, like a challenge to get it out of the way? I know it's hard though.

I'm going to have to wait until the washing machine is finished because my kitchen/living room is open plan and it'll be too noisy to be on the phone if it starts spinning! It hasn't got long to go.
It's not super urgent to make the phone call so if I don't do it today it'll have to be next Monday and I think that will be ok. |

It was meh I've been on the m25 on Christmas day! Sooo empty! But we did count 5 broken down vehicles on the way to wherever we were going! |
3am
best time to be on any road is 3am. It seem to be before all the delivery vans and HGVs are everywhwere (about 4am to 7am) but after all the night stift workers have switched over. basically everywhere is empty at 3am, roads, shops, often even the internet :laugh: |

To be honest sometimes we're all awake at similar times during the night but just don't come online. We could definitely repopulate the internet at 3am!

i seriously suck at sleeping... fairly sure my brains "natural" sleep time is from about 5am till about 11am, which obviously doesn't work with like life... not that I have all that much going on in my life right now, but still feels "wrong" somehow so I end up laying in bed (often playing on my phone or listening to a podcast0) from about 11pm until I finally feel tired at about 4ish then turn phone off
then try to still get up at a "resonable" time :laugh: I am getting better at refusing morning appointments though so that's making it a bit easier |
That's another sleep hygiene no no!
You shouldn't get into bed unless you are actually going to sleep apparently! Or use your bedroom for anything other than sleep. |
ye... but i tried all the sleep hygeine stuff for years and found little benefit so gave up on it :P
