I went to the dentist. She did a scale on my teeth. It hurt! My gums are still a bit sore now. I've never had one before. Don't need any work doing though, so have an appointment in six months. :)

Nice. That’s me just got the dinner in the oven. I was busy having a bubble bath, then dyeing my hair. I feel all fresh and pampered and in a nice clean fluffy onesie.

Yes my electricity is on it wasn't off for very long. I live in a windy spot. If the worse happens that I can't watch tv tonight then that's no big deal and daytime telly is crap.

I think that I have my nurse coming tomorrow. I have it written down that she is due. I hope that it won't be like last year and they forget (admittedly I had a different nurse this time last year).

I hope she turns up Dawn.

Other than being driven mad by workmen nope. Long and short my neighbour moved out last month after 44 years of living there. The council are renovating her flat before the next tenant moves in. I suspect that the works will take at least a month because it needs a new kitchen and bathroom. I hope I get a decent neighbour because I have my washing machine going until late. She was elderly so no loud music. Thankfully it's only a 1 bed flat so I know that I won't get any children or babies.

The workmen are driving me crazy. Last night they were going past my window. Last time that happened it made me feel vulnerable and paranoid so fingers crossed that it doesn't happen.

My nurse hasnt turned up. Really not so good so I could have done with talking to her. Still I will probably survive.

Yes I will call the cmht. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that I am already late for my depot. If I don't have it soon then I will end up ill and being in hospital isn't fun.

Also it's still windy. Hope the wind dies down so that I can watch tv.

I have a portable dvd player so provided I have lots of dvds I would be ok. Bought it because I thought I would end up IP but I never did. I hacked it so it's region free.
