I've only tried horse riding once and didn't really like it. It's hard work too! I just wanted to sit on the saddle and have the horse take me on a nice little journey, maybe I should seek out a donkey instead!

And yeah, it is surprisingly hard work! Lots of people think you just sit there and the horse goes. Not the case XD

I am finding things very hard. Mental and physical illness are kicking my butt today.

I am suboptimal. Had a lot of seizures yesterday so today has been a rest day. Mood wise not great either.

I had pasta with broccoli and peas and a very runny cheese sauce (it was in a Birds Eye steam bag).

That's not good, Jen. Are you going to have some dinner?

Hope you didn't get covered din the cheese sauce if it was very runny!

My partner is making us a roast dinner with chicken breast wrapped in bacon as the meat. So will have that around 7:30 ISH.

Might stick some music on and lie down again in a minute.

I didn't get any sauce on me but it dripped on the floor.

Can I get an invite to dinner, I don't mind having two dinners?!
