Well I needed a nebuliser, so rang GP surgery back and have an appointment at 2:45pm this afternoon. I am lucky they are so good about seeing me when I need to be seen. You can ring and ask for a triage call back from duty GP/ nurse for urgent issues and then you get an appointment then same day if they think you need one. It isn't just ring at 8am and hope you get through like a lot of GP surgeries seem to be.

I shove them in an album Lindsay unless they won't fit (too big) then they get put in a protective sleeve and shoved in my happy box. The one I had today was a vintage one so should happily fit in my album.

When I was driving earlier, I stopped at a zebra crossing, and the lady crossing gave me a huge smile and an enthusiastic double thumbs up! Absolutely made my day XD

Good thanks. I had a phone call from one of the researchers of my therapy. She wanted to set up a call to go through how things are at the start of the therapy. Then we'll do it again at the end.

Hello all. My cpn and amazon have been. I am now the proud processor of a magnetic planner which I have filled in.

Once a week, with an email in between to see how I'm getting on with the homework. The website say 50% had a big improvement and 25% had some improvement so I'm optimistic.
