How is this Wednesday? The days seem all wrong to me recently.

It's warm here too, strange. I'm getting a bit freaked out by the whole global warming thing! I went to buy some things to make my brother a winter care box but I'm wondering if winter will even arrive.

Went to see musculoskeletal doctor person today.
Been referred to physio so that's fun.
She said it's treatable though which is good!

I hadn't even realised it was Wednesday until now!

It has been rather warm lately. Although a winter care box sounds lovely! I love autumn and winter but tend to get quite ill during these seasons because of SAD.

Beeping/buzzing is something that really irritates me. I could hear it over the washing machine AND the tv!

There's also a chance it was just in my head...

It is, Beckie, but I've got one of those special lamps for SAD and I'm hoping to try it out this year.

We're watching Dara O Briain, Chris Ramsey, and a couple others. Our other partners are going to one of Dara's shows and we kind of want to go too.

Beckie, you should try warm water and washing up liquid, and rubbing with a cloth. That has worked for me before.

Face scrub?

I went for a routine eye test and ended up in eye a and e. Had to cancel my pain appointment too. Now seeing neuro on monday. A very odd day. And I sorta panic picked some new glasses so I hope both pairs turn out to be ok.

They have enlarged blood vessels and discs but probably are just how I am but considering the headaches is why I'm seein neurosurgery. The eyes are ok enough though.

And I'm knackered and stressed as hell as I didnt have my pain letter or a pen so had to ring hospital switchboard and then couldn't get through to pain. So eventually got a number for appointments who sent an email then I managed to get through. And urgh.

Probably best to get it checked out, maybe they can help with the headaches.

Try to relax now. You got through in the end. Contacting hospitals is always a palava!

Hello all. I have not been swimming today due to the fact that I am on time of the month. I am probably not going for my weekly walk around the park at the bottom of the road due to the fact that it's supposed to rain tomorrow.

I like most Marvel films so will definitely be going to see it!
