I did. I nearly never went because of anxiety, but I'm glad I did. How are you?

I am glad that you went Lorraine. I am supposed to be going for coffee tomorrow with my friend but I am scared.

I understand feeling scared, but maybe you'll enjoy it when you get there. And you'll feel pleased with yourself if you do go.

Yes I think that my friend will be equally as anxious so it helps.

What are you up to this evening? I'm not long home. Just in bed trying to heat up. I'm always cold.

You could try to use one of these heat bottles! I have a rubber one which I use almost every night in winter. It's quite nice. I remember my grandmother even had a metal one. These were dangerous ...if the water was too hot, you could easily burn your feet or legs. So they often wrapped a towel around it. ;)

I should get one. I never used to feel the cold this bad. Are you up to anything exciting this evening?

I've just watched holby and watching eastenders now. Lots of drama going on!!

Luckily not. My next exam isn't until next Tuesday. And I don't have college tomorrow so I can have a lie in :)

I'm not doing anything tomorrow. If I feel like a walk I might, but I think I'll probably leave my walk until Thursday. I'll see how I feel.

My neighbour found a dog. It's now in the care of the dog warden but I wondered why there was a strange dog in her garden. According to Facebook (I belong to a lost and found pets group) it may belong to someone 2 streets away. It's very friendly and let me give it a fuss.

I hope the dog finds his home.

Hopefully it's chipped because that's a legal requirement now but the kennels the dog warden takes all dogs too is open at 8 am so they will get it back. It also had no collar if it had a tag my neighbour would have phoned the owner.

I should go to sleep, but I feel like staying up a bit longer. I've finally heated up.

I went for a shower to warm up. I am waiting for the washing machine to finish otherwise I would go to bed early.

Have you anything planned for tomorrow? I don't. I should tidy the flat though. I might go for a walk if I feel up to it.

Only coffee with my friend if she doesn't cancel.

Yes I am sure it will be fine. I am not sure what sort of mood my friend will be in as she's been depressed for about 6 months now.

That's a shame. I know how awful depression is. Hopefully it will do her good getting out for coffee, even if it is hard.

Yes the fact that she intends to meets me means a lot. That reminds me I must get her present ready.

So ooo anyone up to much excitement today?

I have a meeting work group and that's it I think. May go out and explore the area if my hips let me.

I hope the group goes well. Exploring sounds a nice idea. Richmond is a lovely area.

I don't have anything especially exciting planned. Need to go to the library, got a doctor appointment this afternoon and slimming world later on. My back is absolute agony so will probably lie under my duvet and watch a film.

I had a strange dream last night. Basically I was looking after Tina's mum in eastenders whilst dealing with a employer who told a pack of lies.

I don't watch EastEnders but that does sound like a strange dream!

Yes especially as in my dream my employer made a few nasty comments about my weight. He also sent malicious emails and a computer whizz basically proved that it was his computer in his office. All whilst swimming in a pool. It was bizarre to say the least.

Sounds very strange and not very pleasant. what you up to today?

Nothing much just watching tv. I found out the reason why my letter to my friend went unanswered today and it's nothing that I have done.

That must be a relief.

I'm having a lazy day. I'm not up to doing much today.

Basically she moved and the post office didn't forward my letter was the reason why. She's moved within walking distance of the cmht and there's plenty of buses so it's a lot easier to get to her house as where she lived before was very remote with no public transport.
