I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip. I don't know anything about roleplaying.

Well the toilet lid is always closed so they wouldn't fall in at least!

How was your shopping/browsing Ahimsa?

Yay on finding glasses!

Shopping was fine, didnt find anything. I'm home now and have done the washing up, put the washing on, I've got some salmon in the oven ready to do batch cooking so I can have lunches next week.

Annoyingly I didnt realise I only have 2 washing machine pods left, and the supermarket is too far to go for just 1 thing. (20 minute drive or hour and a half walk in the dark there and back. Bus isn't an option, there's 1 an hour if it turns up and I'd have to get 3 there and back)

one_step_closer 25-03-2023 05:51 PM

You sound very well prepared Ahimsa. That's annoying about the washing machine pods do you need them right now?

Ahimsa 25-03-2023 05:56 PM

I've got 2 left, so that'll do for the weekend.

one_step_closer 25-03-2023 06:19 PM

Will you be able to get more on Monday? Are you going to have a relaxed Sunday or do you have other things to do?

Remember the clocks go forward tonight, UK people. I'm dreading it.

Ahimsa 25-03-2023 06:24 PM

I've got lots still to do!

Tidy the rest of the house
Vacuum
Change over the bedding
Mop the hallways
Another load of washing
Clean the windows and windowledges
Phone the pet insurance company to make sure everything is up to date
Clean the bath and bathroom
Redo the litter trays
Weigh out the next weeks worth of food for the cats

one_step_closer 25-03-2023 06:30 PM

Wow! I'm lucky I can spread out my housework through the week and weekend.

one_step_closer 25-03-2023 06:31 PM

Oh, and you now an official member of the RYL bedding change day as a few of us change our bedding on Sundays!

Ahimsa 25-03-2023 06:32 PM

Oh how exciting!!

one_step_closer 25-03-2023 06:35 PM

If your bins are emptied on Thursdays you could also be a part of RYL bin day.

There is so much excitement in this thread!

Ahimsa 25-03-2023 06:37 PM

Ahh no, Friday mornings!

Annoyingly, the pet insurance company aren't open Sundays and only til 1pm on Saturdays! That's going to have to be a job on my lunch break, they close at 6pm and I'm working until 8pm.

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 12:55 AM

I got the batch cooking done! 5 meals sorted for next week

tamobhuuta 26-03-2023 10:38 AM

Good morning guys x

Zurg 26-03-2023 11:33 AM

Hi Tamo :)
How are you today?

tamobhuuta 26-03-2023 11:50 AM

Hi Zurg. I'm really tired. How are you?

not_so_insig 26-03-2023 12:16 PM

Tamobhuuta did you know that Doctors is going to be on later than usual tomorrow? It's supposed to be on at 2.45 pm. Dont want you to miss it.

tamobhuuta 26-03-2023 12:55 PM

I didn't know that! Thanks for the warning! Do you know why?

How are you?

Zurg 26-03-2023 01:06 PM

May i suggest an easy and restful day then, Tamo??? :)

I am tired too. I was up most of the night, restless legs and restlesness in the body. I was supposed to see my friend's kids do their gymnastic performance today but i am too groggy. I had looked forward to it so it's a bit of a bummer :(

Trying to stay awake but not getting into too many shenanigans today. I am partly very tired and partly very frustrated over my tiredness….

tamobhuuta 26-03-2023 02:09 PM

I googled Monday's bbc schedule, the 1.45pm slot has been taken by the Scottish leadership results.

I realised why I'm tired - I had wine last night. Worth it, it was tastey.

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 02:28 PM

Afternoon everyone. The clock change really hit me and I wasn't out of bed until 12.50! It was probably also to do with not getting to sleep until after 3am the night before. I just hope it doesn't happen again.

Well done with the batch cooking, Ahimsa. Are you getting through your to do list for today?

Eww, wine! I hope you have a nice relaxed day, Tamo.

That doesn't sound good, Kat. I'm sorry you aren't able to go to the gymnastics performance. I hope you sleep better tonight.

How are you, Dawn?

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 02:41 PM

aha nope, im in bed - one of the cats is asleep on my so I can't move. It's basically illegal.

However I didn't sleep well so I got up and did the washing and cleaned the windows early this morning. The clock change hit me hard too!

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 02:46 PM

I understand the cat laws, and you can get some rest too because of it. Sorry you didn't sleep well, it's good that you managed to power through and do some housework but sleep would have been better.

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 02:48 PM

The cat laws are VERY real, especially with 4 of them!

Rest is also good, my abs ache from my class yesterday.

How are you?

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 02:48 PM

What class did you go to?

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 02:51 PM

It's called Barre, it's a mix of yoga, pilates and ballet.

How are you?

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 02:55 PM

I think I've heard that name but didn't know what it was. I can't really imagine it, might need to have a look on YouTube. Do you enjoy it?

I'm trying to be ok but struggling. Going offline to write in my diary. Have to stick to my schedule as much as possible no matter when I get up. How are you doing apart from lack of sleep and pain?

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 02:57 PM

I hope being offline for a bit helps. I'm going to get up and put the next load of washing on.

not_so_insig 26-03-2023 03:07 PM

I am not so good today Lindsay. Ty for asking though. I am having a lazy day today though I washed my hair which is something.

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 03:27 PM

Lazy days are needed sometimes!

Zurg 26-03-2023 04:22 PM

Indeed they are!!!

Ahimsa, it sounds like you are a pro work out type of person with that class!!! That sure does not Sound like it's for the faint of hearted!!!
I have the strength, grace and stamina of a jellyfish so i am always impressed by people who are the total opposite ;)

I hope we Will see you again later, Lindsay :)

Wine is always worth it, Tamo!!!!

Yay for hairwash, Dawn!!!

I'm heating my pizza for dinner in the oven atm. This has made me quite aware of how hungry i am… hurry up, wee oven!!!

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 04:34 PM

I hope you feel better soon, Dawn. Do whatever safe things you need to do to get by. Lazy day sounds perfect. Well done for washing your hair.

What kind of pizza are you having, Kat? Yesterday I had a cheeseburger pizza that I mentioned before but this had very obvious Vegan logos on it which I didn't notice before. It was tasty but not very cheesy and I burnt my mouth.

I mean, it was 45 minutes and I ACHE so much today!! I never said I was any good at it ;)

Ooh what type of pizza?

I'm thinking of going for a walk once I've done 2 more things from my task list

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 04:38 PM

You have your day well planned Ahimsa. Are there nice places to walk near you?

long road 26-03-2023 04:41 PM

*flops down in corner* I am home. Weekend was good but I am very tired got back around 2pm after stopping for lunch with everyone in home city before we all truly went out separate ways. Some people had hours of driving or trains left so lucky they were happy to come to our part of the world. (We met near us as I can't travel that far or at least find it difficult plus we all met down this way just some of us have moved away)

I napped but was woken by my smoke alarm going off for no reason may nap more. Only got 5 hours sleep last night.

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 04:49 PM

Hi, Jen. I'm glad you had a good time, hope you can catch up on rest now.

There are, but I need to check how much charge I have on the car. My home charger doesn't come until Wednesday and I need to be able to get to work tomorrow and Tuesday.

I've made tomorrows smoothie though! :)

What kind of smoothie have you made? I hope you have enough charge in your car to go for a walk.

Honestly, I don't know!! I get packs of frozen smoothie fruits and add juice and yoghurt - this one is immunity mix and green energy boost.

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 05:06 PM

Where do you get the mixes? I hope this one powers you through tomorrow!

Aldi! Super cheap :)

https://groceries.aldi.co.uk/en-GB/p.../4088600555355

one_step_closer 26-03-2023 05:11 PM

Oh, they look good. Might have to try them. Luckily there is an Aldi where I live. I'd maybe worry about all the sugar though although it's probably healthier than my usual Pepsi Max.

Ahimsa 26-03-2023 05:14 PM

They're my go to work drink at the moment, because of my shifts this week, my lunch break isn't until 3. But then I finish at 8 and I read a pub quiz on Sundays and Tuesdays too at 8:30 so it keeps me going!

Cacoethes 27-03-2023 09:04 AM

Just popping in
Hope you're all ok.
Been hard to human lately
Love you guys <3

tamobhuuta 27-03-2023 10:28 AM

Hi Cacoethes. Sorry things are tough x

Cacoethes 27-03-2023 10:45 AM

Thanks
A friend from work is coming today though which i have to be ok for. I went through a lot of it before i got admitted.

How are you?

Ahimsa 27-03-2023 10:50 AM

Hi all,

Glad you've got a visitor today Beckie!

tamobhuuta 27-03-2023 11:17 AM

I'm ok. Seeing my spiritual director later. I hope you have a good time with your friend.

How are you Ahimsa?

not_so_insig 27-03-2023 11:34 AM

Hello all. I have tesco coming later. Only 1 substitute and none unavailable items which must be a miracle. The substitute is acceptable.

tamobhuuta 27-03-2023 12:06 PM

Tesco win!

Zurg 27-03-2023 12:36 PM

Hi all :)

I hope you'll have a nice time with your friend today, Beckie. In spite of the circumstances :)

Sounds like a good day Tamo.
I hope you can cook something nice with your groceries, Dawn :)

I feel partly spaced out and partly exhausted. Like i’ve been out partying all night or somehting. I seriously hope i just slept!!! In my bed!!!!
