I am ok. My plan today is to shower. Anyone else got plans?

I have to pick up my medication, go for a blood test and then get back in time for a psychologist appointment.
It's going to be very stressful!

I *should* get back to town at around 3:05 IF the bus is on time. Then it's a 10 minute walk home. My appointment is over zoom at 3:30
So fingers crossed for no traffic :ermm:

i'm kind of avoiding stuff that i really shouldn't be avoiding :laugh: that's my current "plan"



though at some point today or tomorrow i may need to rethink this "plan" and be an adult...

hope buses run on time... but I guess if you do end up a few mins late you have a half decent reason at least

I'm going to the gym with my support worker and another service user. Can't really be bothered but that's only because I hate the treadmill but it's the only machine that my knees can cope with.

my current treadmill is sat in the corner dead... I'm attempting to save up for a new one, but a new new one this time with like a warenty and stuff



running in th emountains is far more fun, but i cant get to the mountains anymore so treadmil is best i can do

also, having to get a train for a blood test sounds rediculous to me...

Hello all. I got bothered by a door to door salesman for a electric company. He asked me if I wanted to change from an ordinary meter to a pay as you go meter. Umm no because nobody has time to go to the shops for credit. Plus as everyone knows they're more expensive.

I have a pay as you go meter

I thought there was only pay as you go or direct debit. I use pay as you go and use an online account to top up when my smart meter tells me to. Direct debit monthly is meant to be cheaper though but I can't be bothered changing.

Plus I don't want a smart meter because of paranoia reasons. Thankfully I got rid of him but it was annoying af being bothered. I thought door to door salesman of electricity companies had been banned?

I need to upgrade to a smart meter really.
But I'm in asda so much it's no issue to top up while I'm there
I haven't had to top up since October though thanks to the warm home discount!

I had warm home discount then someone talked me into changing to their company and I lost the warm home discount.

That really sucks. The warm home discount is so helpful
