Yeah my college is most definitely not private :P

Ha ha oh yes at 5 missing a week of the alphabet song will clearly change her entire academic career :P Randomly saw some EPIC Disney dresses for her age group Belle etc in Tesco which look identical to the ridiculously expensive Disney shop ones and are half the price, meant to let you know. My support worker was on the phone to her mum saying -you know the Tesco near us, yes, that one, check if they have those Disney dresses for (her daughter).

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 11:53 AM

5 hours? Id lose the will to live after that long!

Planet of the oods is sad.
They still freak me out though!

Oooo i will check out the costumes!
Disney shop is very expensive!

not_so_insig 23-10-2017 11:56 AM

They closed my nearest Disney store. Probably the nearest is in one of the cities.

Buttons. 23-10-2017 11:58 AM

I know-Disney shop is insane!

Ha ha yes 5 hours is long but I'm guessing you would have waited it out for Warrick Davies and whatever Sasha's real name is.

Buttons. 23-10-2017 12:00 PM

That's still gutting Dawn-less temptation though-I'm actually glad my town doesn't have one so I have less temptation!

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:03 PM

Yeah I would have waited for Warwick Davies.
Legend!
He was on one of the recent doctor who episodes i watched and i was like I MET HIM!!!

There used to be a Disney store in Norwich and I remember going there as a young child!

Buttons. 23-10-2017 12:07 PM

I remember the Manchester one most, and Trafford centre. Seemed like fairy land when I was a kid-still would if I wasn't the one footing the bill :P

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:12 PM

Yep same!!
Always better when someone else is paying :p

Buttons. 23-10-2017 12:14 PM

That's true of life :P

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:20 PM

Absolutely!!

Im going to stay with my nanny later this week and whenever I'm there, she refuses to let me pay for anything!

Buttons. 23-10-2017 12:25 PM

That's what nanas do though-you offer to pay for anything in my grandma's presence and if looks could kill I'd be dead multiple times already :P

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:27 PM

Yep that is true!!
My nanny is the same XD
And they like to feed people.
Like I'll have finished dinner and 15 mins later she's offering me cakes or crisps or whatever!

Buttons. 23-10-2017 12:30 PM

My grandma's the same- she isn't happy if you don't have food in front of you :P Tbf though she may be a tad confused but she still makes the best homemade shepherds pie known to man-you just have to remind her a fair few times she's already put salt in it or you have a nasty surprise :P

Also the whole fire brigade because she forgot she left something on the stove was interesting-luckily her personal alarm thing has a reactor to heat stuff (we had no idea) they just turned up at her door, I ended up rung and she was all like 'I'm fine the fire brigade or just here' 0.o ra ng my mum so she could get over there but it wasn't tragic thanks to her alarm-technology is f*cking fantastic. Not that I'd ever swear in front of her-she'd beat me to death with a frying pan ;P

Sketchy 23-10-2017 12:34 PM

Afternoon all.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:36 PM

Haha!
Yep grandma cooking is the best!
My nanny used to make epic apple pies!!

Oh wow!
I didnt know the alarms could do that!!

My nanny has one of the alarm things.
When Jasmine was younger, she used to press the one at the bottom of the stairs all the time.
Because clearly the big red button is more appealing than the ton of awesome toys she has!
My little sister used to do it as well actually!

Hi Lorraine!
How are you?

Sketchy 23-10-2017 12:39 PM

I’m ok thanks. How is everyone?

My gran made awesome apple pie too. She also made dresses and made us the best Halloween costumes.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 12:41 PM

Im ok. Just about to set off to asda.

Cool! Grans are awesome!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 12:43 PM

They are indeed.

Hope you get something nice from Asda.

Sketchy 23-10-2017 12:53 PM

What’s everyone up to today?

I’m going to life drawing this evening. Just now I’m relaxing. I might sew for a bit before I get ready. I don’t need to leave until 5pm.

not_so_insig 23-10-2017 01:27 PM

I am doing nothing much Lorraine. Just watching tv.

Sketchy 23-10-2017 01:28 PM

Anything good on?

How are you Dawn?

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 01:34 PM

Im watching harry potter. Again! :p

Sketchy 23-10-2017 01:36 PM

You must enjoy Harry Potter then. I’ve only watched the first three of them. I couldn’t get into it.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 01:40 PM

Harry Potter is life! :p
I grew up reading the books and I've always loved them!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 01:42 PM

I never read the books, so that’s probably why. Glad you enjoy it though.

I’m still lazing around doing nothing. I have put a wash on though.

Buttons. 23-10-2017 01:52 PM

You never read the books? Get out -_-

And Beckie I know it's the same as the 'bought a kid an expensive present and they play with the box/bubble wrap palava' :P

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 01:52 PM

Its ok to be lazy!
Especially as you're going out later anyway.
Well done for putting a wash on :)

I need to put some washing on too really.
I'll do it tomorrow

Yep definitely katy!! The box is always more entertaining!!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 01:56 PM

*lowers head in shame over not reading the books*

Buttons. 23-10-2017 01:59 PM

I swear down I'll send you HP 1 book to read for Christmas. if you don't fall in love you are out of the club :P

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:00 PM

Noooooo don’t kick me out of the club!

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:04 PM

Hahaha! XD

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:07 PM

I’m really hungry but I’m saving myself for later. My sister is treating me to dinner in a Spanish restaurant before life drawing.

Buttons. 23-10-2017 02:10 PM

I wonder if this would come under bullying....nah :P

Ooh sounds like a good meal :)

I have left over Chinese for tonight.

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:12 PM

Yum, I love Chinese food. I’m looking forward to dinner. I’ve been to this restaurant years ago and enjoyed it.

It is bullying! Be nice! Do you want to see an angry Lorraine?

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:17 PM

Sounds good lorraine!
I love Spanish food.

I cant imagine you angry lorraine!!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:18 PM

Hehe I’m rarely angry.

Right, I’m going to move and do some sewing before I have to get ready to go.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:22 PM

Good plan.
Seems to be something you really enjoy!
I used to like sewing but i dont have the patience anymore!

Buttons. 23-10-2017 02:22 PM

Oh I would love to see angry Lorraine just out of curiosity as like Beckie can't imagine you angry!

I don't know much about Spanish food but would be intrigued to find out.

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:25 PM

This place does tapas and has lots of vegetarian options, so it’s really good. I can’t quite remember the names of the dishes, but I’ll let you know after I’ve been. I need to stop thinking about food. I’m very hungry.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:32 PM

I used to go to Spain several times a year with the fam. And becuase the villa is nowhere near touristy, all the restaurants were proper Spanish food!
Love tapas and a nice paella!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:35 PM

That must have been nice. I’ve never been to Spain.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:39 PM

It was nice.
I miss going.
Had some good times in that place!
Thats where the fam are this half term.

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:42 PM

Could you maybe go with them again?

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:44 PM

Not enough room in the car unfortunately!
We used to have a people carrier when I was younger. Just have normal sized cars now so I wont fit!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:50 PM

That’s a shame. Maybe one day you can fly there. I hope you get a holiday at some point.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 02:54 PM

The town the villa is in is only accessible by car unfortunately!
The nearest airport is a good few hours drive away.
Maybe when I've been driving for a while I'll feel confident enough to try driving over there!

Thanks. Id really like a holiday soon.
Change of scenery!

Sketchy 23-10-2017 02:55 PM

That’s true. Once you are driving the world is your oyster!

I wish I would waken up! Think I’ll need to get a coffee when I’m out.

Cacoethes 23-10-2017 03:02 PM

Yep! Im so looking forward to being able to drive!
My nanny offered to let me drive her car this weekend to practice, so I've been looking for cheap insurance for the few days I'll be there.
Finding car insurance is hard!!
You have to give them so much information!
I think ive found one though!
