Just finished 'Coraline' by Neil Gaimen. Now i'm starting on 'Good Omens' by Neil Gaimen and Terry Pratchett. Kind of been on a Neil Gaimen binge ever since I started reading his Sandman comics.

I'm just finishing Sweet by Judith Birchill, the sequel to Sugar Rush. It's amazing, I loved every word.
And I've just started 'The Guy Next Door' again by Meg Cabot. I've read it a few times before, but I love it all the same.

Agatha Christie - The Seven Dials Mystery. Loved it; really easy to read and I love the way she writes. Before that, The Outcasts of Poker Flat (can't remember who by). Really short, pretty interesting.

I'm struggling through Middlesex by Jeffrey Eudigenes (I think I've spelled that right?) at the moment.

It's a good book, I'll give it that - it's just a fairly heavy read, with lots of information, and inbreeding to confuse me :)

charlieglasgow 22-02-2009 02:13 AM

just finished 'the perks of being a wallflower' and now i'm starting the metamorphosis by franz kafka.

linder surprise 22-02-2009 02:14 AM

oh i definitely get that jo. the first maybe 100-150 pages were pretty hard to get through but once i got past that i really came to absolutely adore the characters & i read the last 2/3rds in one (long) sitting and ended up really loving it.
