I had an appointment with my CPN then did some shopping then sorted out my bins and put a mattress and boxes out for uplift then washed my hair. It hasn't really been good or bad just a lot.

There is a small garden you don't need leave for but it's just a path and a patch of grass. It's not nice in this weather.

Energy has not been found so going to stay home and likely order something in for dinner. Did manage a shower though which was refreshing. Does feel a bit rubbish being stuck in bed on my birthday but not much I can do.

Work is busy, but somehow time isn't passing very quickly!
