I have just had fun at a beach, had to wade back to th wayout as the tide came in very suddenly and just getting an early lunch of a cheese and ham toastie at a cafe.

It has been a busy day!
Hung the washing out and then brought it in and folded it, refilled S's pool, finished painting the living room, cleaned out the microwave for L's ex to take, cleaned my car inside and out, did my meds box and then tackled the black cat roundabout to go and get too good to go sunday carverys for us all! The black cat roundabout is awful and confusing! Even experienced drivers get tripped up by it (L had to go round 3 times once to get the right lane and exit and she's been driving 20 years!) And also arranged for a charity to collect my sofa. So it has been a productive day!

You pretty much always have busy days, Beckie! Well done for everything you've managed. I hope you're going to be taking it easy for the rest of the day.

My days don't feel that busy anymore, but I guess they are! Just in a different way currently.
I will be taking it easy for the rest of the day now I'm back from feeding and checking on the piggos.

I am ok thanks tamobhuuta and Lindsay. Testing negative for covid now and nearly all my symptoms have gone.

I hope the psych appointment went OK and you feel physically better. I'm ok, got Mass at 12. Debating whether to email my psychologist.

Beckie have you checked yourself for covid? I started off with generally feeling sick before I tested positive. I have heard more people are testing positive this time of year than there was in winter.

I was - she called just as I posted! She didn't push me yo tell Mum stuff but she's going to get my CPN to meet me. I think he'll be more relaxed about things.

I hope it goes well with your CPN. Do you have a day arranged or do you need to wait for him to get in touch?

She's going to ask him to drop by our appointment tomorrow and make an appointment. I don't think she trusts him otherwise!

I was driving back from riding and turned a corner and suddenly a massive army helicopter was there! Flying really low, looked like it was about to land. Bit of a shock! Very cool though. It was one of the huge transport ones with 2 propellers (if that's the right word? Had a mind blank!)
