I'm being a bit boring at the moment and reading the Dummies Guide To Being Gluten Free.

I've just finished though, 'The Storyteller' by Jodi Picoult and 'Please Don't Take My Baby Away' by Cathy Glass.

Currently (still) reading A Storm of Swords Part II by George R.R. Martin.

Also now reading The Brome Play of Abraham and Isaac, by an unknown medieval English author, for revision.

I am currently working on writing my second book which is going to just under a year to write.

I have just ordered A Game Of Thrones by George R.R. Martin to see what all the fuss is about.

I spent some time this morning reading a couple of randomly-chosen chapters of Theology: The Basics by Alister E. McGrath. I'm an atheist but I found it very interesting on an academic level. I was reading it for revision but it was a surprisingly good, accessible, understandable read.

At some point very soon I am going to have to finally get round to reading one of the Sherlock Holmes stories for the crime section of my genre class. It's something I've been meaning to do for a while actually so #I am kind of looking forward to it.

Attempting Persuation by Jane Austen. I am yet to get to the end of one of her books, but am not doing bad with this one. ^_^

Can anyone recomend me a good modern day thriller, i have read a few stella rimingtons terrorist thrillers which were ok. After something juicy and realistic and believable. Been reading last couple of days which has been enjoyable and distracting = good.

I'm not sure what kind of thriller you are after but I can reccommend a great author whose series of books is all based on serial murders if you like?
