A shortening, like RYL is an acronym of Recover your life :)

An Acronym is a word where each letter is the beginning of a word like LASER , or ummm.....SOUR ---- Setting-Ourselves-Up to-Relapse , I learnt this at my group.

I start a group project tomorrow but I might not even finish the semester due to my mental health so I don't know, I'm already in a group and the staff member has said there is no way the group members will get different marks, so if I can't manage it I'll **** it up for 2 really close friends too, so I'm worried about tomorrow as well as feeling **** today.
