I just wrote an e-mail about all my issues to the one person who said I could e-mail them , Anne , the Volunteering on prescription lady , I just needed to tell someone I know IRL whats going on. I don't know if in the CMHT I'm under My old Social worker or the new lady Beth who was covering for him when he got injured , I'm not sure if she's a social worker or a CPN. , It's Saturday night so I didn't know who else to tell and Anne had said that If I need to talk I could e-mail her .

Right Then I'm off to bed .

That was cheerful. I just wrote a letter from Santa to my best friend (yes, she is also 16) and her little sister (who is the more socially acceptable age for such things, 10) and watched Casulty, which was very cheery indeed (not).
