I've just read Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult.

Oooh, I just finished reading The Shining by Stephen King and I absolutely loved it!!! :woot:

I'm sort of working my way through all his books. I think my next one will be Cujo.

Reading Bone Song by John Meany. Thought it was weird to begin with, but kept at it and it's actually quite good. The main character is a good bloke.

Like it

Spoons, I read The Dice Man at the start of this year and thought it was great, but you're right, the end does get a bit too dragged out. I've just finished Schindler's Ark which was really good but so sad. Next on the list is Affinity by Sarah Waters, I've read all her other books and loved them!

I've just started Size 14 is not Fat Either by Meg Cabot. I'm actually ashamed to be reading such a thing, haha. But it's funny, and I like it.

I'm still trying to make my way through my Pocoyo annual I got for Christmas - it's a bit advanced for me :-p But having said that I do have the whole of series 1 on dvd so I watch them when the book gets too difficult to read!

Blue_American 21-06-2007 05:06 PM

Stolen Innocence- Erin Merryn(it's a memior, obviously about sexual abuse at a young age, but later in the story she starts self-harming and stuff, so it's pretty triggering in every repect)
