Nope. Kept waking up and not being able to get back to sleep.
On way to clozapine clinic but my bus apparently left 10 mins early so we all missed it!
Could have got another bus if I'd known earlier!
But now have to wait for the next, slower bus.

Yep. I was 40 mins late but the nurses didn't mind. They are pretty chill!

I went to a relaxation group. I knew I would hate it but I went because my CPN wants me to try more things. Really don't think I'll go back. Formal relaxation and socialisation is not for me. I was too panicky to do anything.

It is stressful indeed! I didn't hear anything from my solicitor for most of the day and was on the point of calling to find out what was going on when they emailed me.

Lindsay, that sounds hard and I don't think it's something I would enjoy either! I think you should be proud of yourself for going all the same though, you gave yourself an opportunity to see what it was like and that's a good thing.

It's been sunny but gets really cold in the evenings now. I do have a window open though! Cant be arsed to get up and close it. =P

And ugh, just work stuff is making me tense. Lots of organising and contacting people to do... Struggling to switch off. =/

I'm ok. Feeling confused about the days recently, the weekend especially didn't feel like the weekend. I think I might have been a bit more busy or something. I have a bit more on this week than I usually have.

Oh no! That's sad Beckie :( I have a couple of pairs of leggings I hope will last a long time and a third pair that was cheap and is already giving up. I would be very upset if they all wore out. I can totally understand wearing them every day! Don't think I could get away with it at work though sadly.

I have one pair that are quite thick with a soft inside. I should get more of them, they are warm!
I don't notice the cold in them.

Yeah leggings do look very tight. I always wear jeans except at the gym when I wear joggers.

Beckie I can recommend Underarmour and North Face for good quality plain black leggings. In fact I am wearing a TNF pair right now!

I don't wear leggings with just tshirts but with longer shirts/long jumper/short ish dresses, if that makes sense?

I spend a lot of time in joggers nowadays... Much more comfy for lounging around the house in than jeans. I'm turning into a proper chav. =/
