I'm OK. Considering going swimming, but need to eat something first. Plus, t's the time of day that children are allowed in the pool, so need to wait until 6pm.

There's a woman only session tonight at my local pool but I have no way of getting there and back. I miss going swimming hopefully I shall be able to go in a few weeks time when the kiddies are back in school.

Hello. I have has my tesco order. I have to go to the cmht sometime soon. I was going today but I fell asleep.

It's not a appointment just got to pick up a script and then go to the hospital pharmacy.

Yeah it involves 2 buses. Then a very long walk because my cmht and the pharmacy are an opposite end to one another in the hospital. Last time I did it I got an blister :-(
