I made a chocolate banoffee pie once which is the same as a normal one but with chocolate digestives and chocolate through the toffee stuff. Was very good.

Phew... back from work!

I do have to work weekends occasionally but this was something slightly different although mostly the same...! I volunteered to cover the weekend because the two normal people are away. I've been baking in the sun for 7 hours today and am now shattered. x.x Tidying the grim kitchen can wait until tomorrow.
